Covid Check-in Compliance
You can be assured that each of our hotels is Covid compliant with local and state regulations. Whether by utilising state check-in apps and vaccination policies or following best practices and recommendations, you can be confident that we're doing our best to stay up-to-date.
We understand that hugs can be as infectious as Covid, but it doesn't mean we can't do our best to keep our distance to keep our loved ones safe. We've implemented a maximum occupancy limit in each of our hotels according to social distancing guidelines.
Complimentary Hand Sanitiser
True and consistent, hand sanitiser and handwashing have to date shown to be one of the most effective defences against the virus and other diseases. It's cost-effective, easy to apply, and the least bit disruptive to our lifestyle; we've been able to supply quality hand soap everywhere there are sinks, and sanitiser everywhere there isn't.
Across our hotels, our staff have been paying extra special attention to continued cleaning of high touch and high traffic areas where possible. Since the pandemic, we've improved the efficacy of our practices to focus on providing guests with a more sanitised and private experience.
While contactless wasn't an uncommon form of payment, it was still rarely used in some regional areas. We've made an effort to ensure that contactless payments are available in every one of our hotels. This has driven us to focus on more than payment systems and make our customer's experience more automated and seamless across the board.
